Ever wonder what our founding mothers served up for dinner beyond traditional yankee pot roast? Dishes to prepare and sample/take home to include roast pork with maple pepper rub, boneless roast game hens with prune-pecan stuffing, chicken fricassee, sausages in cyder, roasted seasonal vegetables, and a rice medley.
$65 per person plus estimated $10-15 food costs.
Pre-registration required. Each program is limited to 6 participants. Ages 10 and up. Max 2 participants per family. NOT a nut-free environment!
