What could be better than turning 100? Turning 101, of course! Join us on Thursday, September 1, from 6 to 8 PM for a festive celebration and a final viewing of our 100 Years of Windsor Historical Society exhibit. This 101st anniversary of Windsor Historical Society’s founding will take place rain or shine at the museum and feature something special for everyone.

Whether you attended the centennial celebration last year or not, you won’t want to miss the chance to see our fabulous birthday cake again, and sample some tasty cupcakes prepared by Windsor’s own Moneta Moments Bakery! Yes, like newlyweds, we froze the top layer of our 100th birthday cake and have preserved it for this special anniversary. Come see this amazing cake, an exact replica of the Society’s historic Strong-Howard House, and share in some freshly baked cupcakes and special dessert wines.

The Society’s centennial exhibit will be open for one final viewing, as well as a special centennial video production, a chance to purchase a unique centennial wine glass or add more to your collection and, of course, take away some special centennial and First Town bling!

This special 101th Birthday Celebration is FREE and open to the public. No advanced registration required.
