What’s for Breakfast? An Eggs-travaganza! Second Saturday Hearth Cooking with Becky Hendricks, at our Strong Howard House.

Don’t miss this eggs-tra special program. Eggs have been a staple in the American diet for centuries. In this session, you’ll learn to prepare them in a variety of colonial methods that result in sumptuous dishes that may sound both familiar (“Egg and Bacon Pie,” a hearty quiche) or unfamiliar (“Collops and Eggs with Sauce Isigny,” think Eggs Benedict on a bed of spinach). Want to learn more about “Everlasting Syllabub” and try a little “Pain Perdue” or “Toad in the Hole?”
